NDIS Art Sessions are guided by client interests, abilities and goals. Participants are supported to explore their creativity via a range of art mediums and techniques. From acrylic abstracts on canvas to watercolour botanical wreaths and clay hand-building, the world of art awaits!

Art-making offers a whole range of benefits beyond skill development and knowledge-building.

Through art activities, participants improve their emotional well-being, enhance their confidence, their self-esteem, their self-worth and their sense of belonging too.

They reap the benefits associated with:

✔️Getting social and connecting with others in our community

✔️Having fun and exploring our creativity

✔️Developing our artistic skills in a safe and supportive environment

✔️Building confidence, expressing ourselves and developing our identity and sense of self

✔️Decreasing stress and cortisol levels
