Event Terms & Conditions

1. Your Spot

Your ticket guarantees your place at this event under Australian Consumer Law. We promise to deliver the evening as described — a creative, welcoming space for connection and conversation.

2. Refunds & Changes

Tickets are non-refundable if your plans change (e.g., illness, family commitments).

If we need to cancel or make a major change (like moving the date or venue), you’ll have the option of:

- A full or partial refund (minus any small processing fees)

- A credit to use for a future event

If something out of our control happens (like a storm or government restrictions), we’ll do our very best to offer a fair alternative.

3. Ticket Transfers

Can’t make it? No worries — you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Just email [email protected]
with their details before the event.

4. Respectful Vibes

This is a safe, inclusive space for all artists. Disrespectful or disruptive behaviour won’t be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave without a refund.

5. Photos & Media

We may take photos or short videos during the evening for promotional use. If you’d rather not be photographed, please let us know when you arrive.
